Governance Area Collection
The negotiation area is designed as a flexible transition space for business discussion, informal meetings, short conversations, and collaborative communication. Compared with a conventional enclosed meeting room, the overall layout creates a more relaxed and approachable atmosphere, allowing employees and visitors to communicate naturally while still maintaining an appropriate level of privacy. Through the combination of high-back sofas, low-back sofas, lounge chairs, coffee tables, privacy screens, bar tables, bar stools, and casual meeting furniture, the space can accommodate different forms of interaction, from one-to-one conversations to small-group discussions and temporary meetings.
High-back sofas are used to create relatively independent conversation zones, helping to reduce visual interference and provide a stronger sense of privacy during business discussions. The sofas are constructed with solid wood internal frames, high-density foam, upholstered fabric, and metal legs, offering stable support and comfortable seating for extended conversations. Low-back sofas provide a more open seating option, making them suitable for casual meetings, waiting, or short discussions while maintaining visual connection with the surrounding space.
Lounge chairs are arranged together with coffee tables to create smaller and more flexible communication areas. The chairs combine solid wood structures, high-density foam, fabric upholstery, and metal details, providing both comfort and durability for frequent commercial use. Coffee tables feature sintered stone or engineered tabletops combined with stainless steel or metal bases, offering a refined appearance while remaining practical and easy to maintain.
Freestanding privacy screens are also introduced between different seating groups to create a semi-private environment without completely closing off the space. Constructed with solid wood frames, upholstered fabric surfaces, high-density foam, and solid wood legs, the screens help define different functional zones while adding softness and warmth to the overall environment. Their movable design also allows the furniture layout to be adjusted according to different meeting requirements.
For faster and more informal communication, the negotiation area includes bar-height tables and stools, creating a convenient setting for quick discussions, temporary work, or spontaneous collaboration. The bar tables use engineered wood or MDF tops with metal structures, while the stools combine molded foam seating, upholstered finishes, and metal legs, providing a lightweight and contemporary solution for flexible communication.
By combining solid wood, engineered wood, high-density foam, molded foam, fabric upholstery, sintered stone, stainless steel, and metal finishes, the collection balances comfort, durability, and functionality. Different fabrics, colors, finishes, and selected dimensions can also be customized according to the project requirements, allowing the furniture to coordinate naturally with the overall interior environment.
Through a combination of open seating, semi-private sofa settings, movable partitions, and bar-height discussion areas, the negotiation area becomes more than simply a place for formal meetings. It provides a comfortable and flexible environment where people can communicate, exchange ideas, hold brief discussions, or conduct business negotiations in a more natural way, helping to improve interaction efficiency while maintaining a professional and welcoming atmosphere.
